(Also known as the “Don’t Be a Jerk” Agreement)

Welcome to Cuss & Craft by AC! By using our website, purchasing our products, or even just creeping around our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Yes, this is legally boring stuff, but we’ll try to keep it entertaining.

1. Our Products
We handcraft our goodies (stickers, decals, crochet wonders, etc.) with love, laughter, and probably some pet hair. While we try to make everything perfect, remember that handmade = human-made. Slight variations or imperfections are not “defects,” they’re personality.

2. Don’t Steal Our Stuff (Please)
Our designs, ideas, and witty sarcasm are ours and crafted together. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

3. Payment & Pricing
We accept your hard-earned money in exchange for our crafts. Prices may change because, well, life is expensive (thanks, inflation). But don’t worry, we keep our stuff affordable enough to make you laugh instead of cry.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get your crafts out within 7–10 business days. We don’t control mail carriers, so please be patient. If you need something faster, shoot us a message. We’ll see what magic we can pull off—just don’t be shocked if it costs extra.

5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products (and because we’re not Amazon), we don’t do returns unless we totally messed something up. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo so we can fix it, replace it, or cry together.

6. Sarcasm Warning
Cuss & Craft was built on humor, sarcasm, and mild profanity. If that offends you, we kindly suggest shopping elsewhere. We don’t water down our sass.

7. Liability
If you stick one of our decals on your car and suddenly get too many compliments… that’s on you. We’re not responsible for any side effects of how awesome our products are.

8. Changes to Terms
We might update these terms if something changes or if we just feel like adding more sarcasm. Check back once in a while to stay in the loop.
